What “government registered” does and does not mean

It does mean: the training organization is registered under applicable Indian law (e.g. company registration, MSME, quality systems) and issues certificates through a defined academic workflow including training and assessment.

It does not mean: automatic government employment, a government salary, or that every certificate is issued directly by a ministry. Always read the fine print in ads.

Anatomy of a legitimate skill certificate

• Full student name (matching ID)
• Course title and duration
• Training organization legal name
• Unique certificate number (serial)
• Date of issue
• Authorized signature / seal

Missing serial numbers or generic templates without verification are warning signs.

The certification workflow (how it should work)

1. Student enrolls and completes training modules
2. Attendance and practical work recorded
3. Exam or assessment conducted

5. Admin approval in system
