The affiliation process, step by step

Apply online through the center application: location, institute details, director details, trainers, classrooms and labs, and the sectors you train in.
Upload documents: director photo, ID proof, address proof, institute registration certificate, exterior and classroom photos.
Review: head office checks the application and can approve it, reject it with remarks, or ask for corrections.
Start: approved centers appear in the public directory, download their authorization certificate and begin enrolling students.

What is the affiliation fee?

No. The online center application currently has no registration fee (₹0). After approval you pay a fixed certificate fee per student when you request a certificate.

What documents are needed for affiliation?

Director photo, ID proof and address proof, your institute registration certificate, and photos of the building exterior and a classroom, plus details of trainers, classrooms and labs.

Can my application be rejected?

Yes. Head office can reject an application with remarks, for example if documents are missing or facilities are not suitable. You can correct and discuss with our team.

Is this affiliation with a government body?

No. Affiliation is with Nipun India Skill Development And Training Pvt. Ltd., a registered private company. Certificates are private-company certificates.

Can I affiliate for only one course?

Yes. You choose the sectors and courses you want to run, and request certificates only for the students you enrol.

What happens if a center is suspended?

A suspended center cannot use the center panel until the issue is resolved with head office.

Do affiliated centers get listed online?

Yes. Approved centers appear in our public training center directory with their district page, so students can find and apply to them.
