- What is the exact course name and duration in hours/months?
- Can we see the written syllabus and weekly schedule?
- May we walk through the classroom and lab now?
- Who are the trainers and what practical experience do they have?
- Is there an exam before the certificate? Who conducts it?
- Can you show a sample certificate that verifies online?
- What is the total fee — all installments, exam fees, extras?
- What is the refund policy if we stop mid-course?
- What does placement support mean here (referrals, practice, nothing)?
- Is this batch private / scheme / PMKVY? Get the answer in writing.

- Green: physical address, working lab, syllabus, verifiable sample certificate, calm counseling
- Red: “100% job guarantee,” refuse visit, no receipt, certificate without exam
