How to Verify a Skill Certificate

HR asks: “Is this certificate real?” You should be able to answer in under two minutes. Use the official verifier — not a WhatsApp forward.

Steps (Nipun India certificates)

1. Open https://nipunindia.com/verify on a phone or computer.
2. Find the certificate number printed on your PDF or hard copy (copy it carefully — no extra spaces).
3. Enter the number and submit.
4. If valid, you should see matching student / course details. Screenshot the result with the date visible.
5. Attach that screenshot with your resume when employers ask for proof.

If verification fails

• Retype the number — common typos: O vs 0, I vs 1
• Confirm the certificate was approved after exam (pending requests will not verify)
• Contact your training center or support with enrollment proof

Fake-certificate red flags

• Seller offers “certificate without exam” for cash
• No public verify URL — only a JPG on WhatsApp
• Center refuses to show a sample that verifies online
• Spelling errors on official seals or wrong organization name
