When someone scans the QR code or enters the certificate number at nipunindia.com/verify, they see:

A QR code alone proves nothing; anyone can print a QR that opens any website. What makes verification trustworthy is who controls the data behind it. With Nipun India, certificate and serial numbers are assigned once by the system and never reused, and a certificate exists only after head office approves the request. The center cannot edit the verification record.
