Delete Your Account

1. How to ask for deletion

Send an email to info@nipunindia.com with the subject "Delete my Nipun Skill Hub account". Please include:

• Training centers: your Nipun ID (for example NIPUN-26-0001) and the center's registered email or mobile number.
• Students: your full name, the registered mobile number or login email, and your training center's name.

Please send the email from your registered email address, or we may call your registered mobile number to confirm that the request is really from you. Students can also ask their training center to forward the request to Nipun India HQ.

2. What we delete

• Your login account (you can no longer sign in to the app or the website)
• Profile details, photos and documents you uploaded
• Enquiries, notifications and app sign-in records linked to your account

3. What we keep, and why

• Issued certificates and marks records: kept so that employers and colleges can still verify a certificate that was issued to you.
• Payment, wallet and fee records: kept for as long as Indian tax and accounting laws require.

Anything we keep is used only for these purposes.

4. How long it takes

We confirm your request by email or phone and complete the deletion within 30 days.
