You finished the course. The certificate PDF is on your phone. Now what? Most students either forget to mention it — or paste a blurry screenshot that HR cannot check. This page is the checklist we give after exams: how to put the certificate on a resume, what to say in interviews, and how employers verify it.
We are not publishing named student biographies on this URL until we have written consent and photos. When those are ready, they will appear here. Until then, use the steps below — they are what actually get interviews.
1. Before you apply — verify your own certificate
- Open the official verify page: nipunindia.com/verify
- Enter your certificate number exactly as printed
- Screenshot the successful result (date visible) and save it with your PDF
- If verification fails, contact your center or support before sending applications
Employers who care will try the same link. If you cannot verify it yourself, do not send the PDF yet.
2. Resume lines that work (copy and adapt)
Put certification under Education / Certifications, not as a vague “skills” bullet:
- Diploma in Computer Applications (DCA) — Nipun India Skill Development And Training · [Month Year] · Certificate No. XXXXX · Verify: nipunindia.com/verify
- Tally with GST fundamentals — completed practical modules + exam · Certificate No. XXXXX
- AutoCAD drafting (basic) — portfolio: 2 sample drawings available on request
Do: name the course, year, and verification path.
Don’t: write “100% placement guarantee” or invent job titles you never held.
3. What to say in a 60-second interview answer
When they ask “Tell us about your training,” use this structure:
- Course + duration — “I completed a [X]-month [course] at an authorized Nipun India center.”
- One tool you practiced — Word/Excel, Tally voucher entry, AutoCAD layer setup, etc.
- One proof — “My certificate number verifies online; I also have [lab printout / sample file].”
- One next goal — “I’m looking for an accounts assistant / data entry / drafting helper role.”
4. Application checklist (print or save)
- ☐ Certificate PDF (clear scan, not only WhatsApp compress)
- ☐ Verification screenshot from /verify
- ☐ Resume with certificate number
- ☐ One practical sample (Excel sheet, Tally screenshot with dummy data, drawing)
- ☐ Aadhaar / ID ready for joining formalities
- ☐ 5 local companies or shops listed to visit this week
5. Where to look for first roles
After computer / office courses, start local: traders, clinics, coaching centers, contractors, small CA offices, photocopy/DTP shops that need operators. Search Naukri / Indeed / local WhatsApp job groups with the job title, not only the course name. Pair this with soft-skill practice from Soft Skills That Get You Hired.
